The service
WilsonDesk provides a web-based workspace (for example notes, a dashboard, and a calendar view). Features may evolve, and some capabilities can depend on configuration, account status, or infrastructure maintained by the operator of your instance.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify your administrator or support contact promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse WilsonDesk. Prohibited behavior includes attempting to break security, overload systems, scrape in a way that harms service quality, harass others, or use the product for unlawful purposes.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant WilsonDesk and its operators the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to run the service for you.
Disclaimers
WilsonDesk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WilsonDesk and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Changes
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
